By using OutbidMe (outbidme.online), submitting a listing, or paying a bid, you agree to these terms.

The service

OutbidMe is a product leaderboard. Rank is the total USD amount successfully bid for a listing, highest first. We do not sell an editorial review or a guaranteed traffic volume.

Listings

You confirm that you have the right to list the URL, that the site is lawful, and that the description is not misleading. We may refuse, edit, hide, or delete a listing that violates these terms or harms visitors.

Bids and payments

Bids are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Razorpay. A bid counts toward rank only after it is captured and verified on our servers. Opening checkout without completing payment does not change rank.

Successful bids are non-refundable, including if another listing later outbids you, if traffic is lower than you hoped, or if we later hide a listing that broke the rules.

Fair use

You may not fake clicks, automate visits, attack the site, scrape in a way that harms the service, or try to reverse or bypass payment verification. We may block IPs, discard click counts, or remove listings if we see abuse.

Public information

Listings, bid totals, ranks, and click counts are public. Do not submit information you need to keep private.

Liability

The board is provided as-is. We are not responsible for other people's products, lost profits, or downtime. Ranking can change at any time when someone pays more.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions: use the contact details on the site domain.
